Reed Specialist Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for a growing FMCG manufacturer near Preston.

The role covers QA testing, sampling and compliance checks across raw materials, packaging and finished products, with full training on processes and systems. The ideal candidate will come from a QA, QC, Laboratory or Compliance background in manufacturing and will bring strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in QA, QC, Laboratory or Compliance within a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Good IT and organisational skills, with confidence managing records.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out product testing, sampling and quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Reviewing specifications, supplier documentation and quality records.
• Supporting audits, investigations and continuous improvement activities.
• Collaboration with Production and other departments to uphold quality standards.
