Job summary

Henderson Brown is seeking a Production Shift Manager in Leicestershire to lead a fast-moving consumer goods production team. You will coach staff to hit existing KPIs and develop new targets through strategic thinking to maximise productivity.

You will drive a continuous improvement culture, ensure health and safety and quality procedures are followed, and engage with audits while developing team members for higher performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Production Shift Manager role or similar in the FMCG sector.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with the team and drive performance.
• Proactive problem solving to resolve issues as they arise.
• Customer-facing skills and confidence in audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the team to hit KPI targets and implement new KPIs.
• Ensure all production in the team is completed in a timely manner to meet demand.
• Promote a continuous improvement culture to improve performance and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality procedures and policies.
