Recruit4staff LTD is representing a leading FMCG manufacturing business seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer in Droitwich. The role offers a permanent contract with a 4 on 4 off shift pattern days and nights, and a salary up to £53,000 plus a 5% annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer in FMCG / manufacturing.
• Proven ability in mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Recognised Electrical or Mechanical apprenticeship was completed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and perform planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability through systematic fault analysis.
• Use CMMS to record maintenance activity and support ISO 9001:2000 standards.
