Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing site in Bersham. You will perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on automated machinery, conduct fault-finding, and drive uptime and reliability across the plant.

The role requires hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, NVQ 3/City & Guilds, and the ability to work 4 days on, 4 days off (days and nights). Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Electrical maintenance experience within an industrial FMCG environment.
• Hands-on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced factory.
• Ability to work a 4 on, 4 off days/nights shift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance on automated and semi-automated production machinery.
• Perform fault-finding and diagnosis to minimize downtime.
• Execute planned preventive maintenance and react to breakdowns.
• Support production performance and uptime across the site.
