Job summary

Nomad Foods is seeking a Cluster Analyst for Shared Finance to support Month End, reporting and KPI analytics across business units and central functions. You will implement analytics standards, collaborate with multiple departments, and act as a financial liaison to enable better decision-making.

The role involves variance analysis of production metrics, data consolidation from diverse systems, and contributing to automation initiatives within a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in reporting and forecasting.
• FMCG finance experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and reporting technology.
• Experience with business intelligence tools and developing data visualisations.
• SAP experience.

Responsibilities

• Close monthly management accounts and prepare KPI reporting packages.
• Provide variance analysis of key manufacturing metrics and their impact on financial statements.
• Aggregate data from multiple systems to identify KPI trends and forecast performance.
• Support analysis and recommendations for leadership and finance partners.
• Improve data governance and data quality for reports and analytics.
• Run what-if simulations to evaluate scenarios and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with the Cluster Accountant to classify and report Month End actuals.
• Prepare quarterly performance analytics for leadership with guidance from the Cluster Accountant.
• Share best practices across Shared Finance to standardize processes.
• Assist automation and consolidation of data used in monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
• Support SOX controls and respond to audit requests.
