Job summary

Nomad Foods Inc. is seeking a Cluster Analyst to support Month End, KPI reporting and analytics for our FMCG operations across multiple European markets.

You will partner with finance and business units to develop standard reporting, drive KPI accuracy and deliver insights for leadership. The role focuses on month-end close, variance analysis of manufacturing metrics, data consolidation from multiple systems, and continuous improvement of reporting processes within a fast-paced frozen foods

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in reporting and forecasting.
• Experience in FMCG finance preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and reporting technology.
• Experience with business intelligence tools and data visualisation.

Responsibilities

• Complete monthly close of management accounts with KPI analysis and journals.
• Provide weekly variance analysis for manufacturing metrics and overhead costs.
• Consolidate data from multiple systems to identify KPI trends.
• Support variance analysis and leadership with actionable insights.
• Improve data governance and data integrity across reports.
• Run scenario analyses to evaluate potential outcomes and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Cluster Accountant to classify and report Month End actuals.
• Produce standard quarterly performance analytics for leadership.
