Nomad Foods Inc. is seeking a qualified FP&A professional to provide in-depth financial analysis, challenge and decision support for the business area in the United Kingdom.

You will drive performance by interpreting results, explaining drivers, and supporting strategic actions with robust scenario analysis. Ideal candidates bring university-level finance education and part-qualification as ACA/ACCA/CIMA, with strong Excel modelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Essential: University degree or equivalent.
• Part qualified accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) in those countries where this is applicable.

Responsabilités

• Develop an in-depth understanding of the business area, its results and the levers that influence P&L performance.
• Provide monthly financial analysis, insight and explanation of performance, highlighting trends and corrective actions.
• Interpret, explain and drive performance, and support strategic decisions with insight and challenge.
• Translate targets into executable in-year plans and partner with stakeholders to drive actions on pricing, margins and ROI.
• Review actual performance and provide recommendations to improve margins and cash flow.
• Own initiatives to close variances and ensure KPIs are understood and met.
