Job summary

Twinings Ovaltine is seeking a Business Performance Partner for a 12-month fixed term contract in Andover. You will deliver financial performance partnering to the business, identifying commercial risks and opportunities while driving short-term sales and profit growth toward the wellbeing drinks brand.

You’ll provide financial insight, analysis and forecasting, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Brand and Finance teams to ensure robust, commercially-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG environment and strong finance partnering.
• Proven ability in forecasting, budgeting and risk tracking.
• Ability to present to senior stakeholders with concise storytelling.
• Expertise in cross-functional finance partnering with sales, marketing and supply.

Responsibilities

• Delivering timely information and insights to drive business decisions.
• Partnering on 0-18 month interventions to drive sales and profit growth.
• Collaborating with Commercial and Brand hub teams to identify opportunities.
• Providing financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting and commentary to stakeholders.
