Valeo Foods UK is seeking a Factory General Manager for its Blackpool confectionery site. You will lead a large, multi-disciplinary operation with 300 colleagues, delivering safety, quality, cost, and service excellence while building capability and systems for future growth.

You will own budgets and drive cost control, efficiency, and waste reduction, balancing day-to-day priorities with longer-term strategic aims in a fast-moving FMCG environment.
