Job summary

• Experience in FMCG/Consumer Goods manufacturing.
• End-to-end operational planning, procurement and service performance.
• Ability to lead and develop a planning function and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Leads execution of daily and weekly inventory and production planning through direct report.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and implement continuous improvements.
• Provide clear communication to commercial teams on operational performance, projects and issues.
• Lead service performance across the chosen transport companies.
• Manage replenishment plans for finished goods and raw materials.
