Job summary

A dynamic supply chain company in Leeds is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead the end-to-end supply chain function. The successful candidate will have experience managing international suppliers and will play a key role in negotiating contracts and driving operational improvements. This is a permanent position offering a salary between £40,000 and £50,000, along with benefits such as a profit share bonus scheme and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a component-based, assembly or distribution-led supply chain environment.
• Strong track record of managing international suppliers, particularly in Asia and Europe.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-supplier, multi-component supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the end-to-end supply chain.
• Develop and manage strategic supplier relationships across multiple regions.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply agreements.
