Job summary

Alexander Steele Recruitment is seeking a motivated Demand Planner for a market-leading FMCG manufacturer in the West Midlands. The role covers demand forecasting, S&OP collaboration, and production planning to optimise service levels.

You will work across forecasting analysis, planning systems and data, with opportunities to progress into senior planning and broader supply chain roles within FMCG.

Qualifications

• FMCG / Food Manufacturing planning experience.
• Strong analytical and numerical capability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with planning systems / data.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• The ambition to develop their career within Demand Planning / S&OP.
• Experience with SAP, Sage or similar planning systems would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting and demand analysis to drive forecasting accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production and Supply Chain to plan demand and ensure service levels.
• Support S&OP processes, planning systems, reporting and data.
