Job summary

Tecsa Group in London is seeking an experienced Insights Sales Manager to lead insights accounts for a major grocery client, focusing on data solutions for brands.

You will engage existing and new clients, demonstrate the OneViu platform, manage the full sales cycle, and build strong relationships with retailers and brands in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of account management or sales experience in data solutions for CPG/retail environments.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a consultative setting.
• Strong understanding of sales optimisation strategies and data analytics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective brands through research and outreach.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand challenges and needs related to sales performance and data use.
• Present and demonstrate OneViu, tailoring solutions to category goals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing with a consultative approach.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and forecast sales using CRM tools.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders in client organisations and retailers.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and ensure client satisfaction.
