Job summary

IQVIA UK is seeking an Assistant Client Manager to support data-driven commercial activities for multiple FMCG brands in Bournemouth. The role focuses on data, reporting and administrative tasks, with exposure to large datasets and insights to drive client outcomes.

The successful candidate will build reports, forecast performance and support account operations while collaborating with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG or consumer goods with commercial awareness.
• Data-focused, administrative or commercial support background.
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas and pivot tables.
• Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent organisation, accuracy and attention to detail; able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain regular reports for clients and internal teams.
• Forecast volumes, sales and performance trends using client data.
• Analyse sales information to identify risks, opportunities and key patterns.
• Prepare data packs, summaries and presentations for client meetings.
• Maintain trackers, documents and commercial files across multiple FMCG categories.
• Support trade performance analysis across Grocery, Convenience and Pharmacy channels.
• Provide accurate and timely responses to client queries.
• Manage daily administrative tasks that support account operations.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment.
