Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd seeks an Automation Support Engineer for a high-tech FMCG site in Bellshill, North Lanarkshire. You will perform automation improvements, fault-finding, and planned maintenance on automated systems to maximise uptime in a fast-paced environment.

The role is Monday to Friday days, offering a competitive salary up to £65k with benefits including pension, private healthcare, and a bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Electrical maintenance experience in industrial manufacturing or FMCG environments.
• Hands-on maintenance including planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced factory.
• Experience in an automation support role within manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Carry out automation improvements on production lines and machinery.
• Fault-finding and preventative maintenance to maximise uptime.
• Support production performance and reduce downtime across the site.
