Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG manufacturing or related process industries.
• Strong network of customer relationships and commercial drive.
• Willingness to travel 20–30% domestically and internationally.
• Based in UK between Liverpool and Gloucester; home-based with possible future office.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with key FMCG customers to identify automation opportunities.
• Work with international engineering teams to shape solutions.
• Help define UK growth strategy and build a local engineering team.
• Drive commercial growth and open doors using existing network.
