Whitestone Resourcing Limited is seeking a Project Manager to join a fast-paced Facilities Management team on a secure public sector site in the Wolverhampton area. You will manage project activities that align with the project plan, coordinating FM works and ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, experience in planning and coordinating multi-site FM projects, and effective stakeholder management in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing budgets on FM projects.
• Ability to plan and coordinate multiple works under contract.
• Experience with tendering and procuring contractors for on-site works.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets to keep works on time and within cost parameters.
• Plan and coordinate works identified in the forward project plan and awarded by clients.
• Prepare and assemble documentation with appointed consultants for selecting contractors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and reputation.
• Prepare reports and analysis for relevant stakeholders for monitoring and control.
• Engage with clients early to refine requirements and improve project preparation.
• Plan, coordinate and manage major project works requested by clients and stakeholders.
• Review client instructions and develop documentation to obtain competitive quotations.
• Analyze subcontractor submissions and prepare quotations in line with client requirements.
