Job summary

Catch 22 is recruiting an Estates Projects Manager to oversee a portfolio of refurbishment and new-build projects across Nottingham. You will manage cradle-to-completion activities, coordinate M&E, quantity surveying and health and safety aspects, and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.

Experience in private-sector projects is preferred, with a drive for personal development and training to grow within a large national facilities management organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience handling refurbishment and new-build projects from cradle to completion.
• Experience with contract specification and tendering processes.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards and practices.

Job description

Our client, a Large National Facilities Management Organisation are currently on the search for dynamic Estates Projects Manager to oversee a number of small and large projects across their client's large portfolio across Nottingham.

Experience will ideally, but not essentially, have been gained within the private sector, but should include management of refurbishment and new build projects from cradle to completion.

Broader experience of contract specification and tendering, client and sub contractor relationship management, M&E, quantity surveying and Health and Safety is advantageous.

In return, our client is offering a salary up to £65,000 per annum
