This is an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Management Procurement professional to join one of the world’s most respected and forward-thinking players in the built environment and real estate services space. Operating at scale across global property portfolios, this organisation is widely recognised for delivering market-leading workplace solutions—and procurement is right at the heart of it.

As FM Procurement Manager, you’ll support the development and execution of category strategies across Hard and Soft FM, driving commercial value, supplier performance, and best practice procurement across a wide portfolio of clients and contracts.

FM Procurement Manager, The Opportunity: -

• Deliver end-to-end procurement activity across FM categories including M&E, cleaning, catering, and security
• Build strong supplier and stakeholder relationships across a fast-paced, client-driven environment
• Support strategic sourcing, supplier onboarding, contract negotiation and ongoing performance management
• Contribute to category planning and innovation within a procurement function known for excellence
• Operate as part of a best-in-class procurement team with real scope to grow and progress

FM Procurement Manager, Your Background: -

• Solid procurement experience within FM, real estate, property, or complex service environments
• Strong commercial and contractual understanding (e.g., FM T&Cs, SLAs, KPIs)
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to work across multiple client accounts
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for driving value through procurement
