This role is key to success with responsibility in securing new work. Artic are looking for an experienced hard service/ FM estimator with experience in delivering solutions from £250k to £2m pa. A clear appreciation of the complexities of SFG20 and operational experience would be required with technical knowledge and commercial acumen key to the success of this role.
Experience in leading costing, delivering critical thinking and strategies through governance meetings is key with Excel proficiency coupled with commercial and operational analysis are also central to this key role. Experience with HTM's and public sector bidding experience is also essential.
