• Monitor and report on site performance, compliance, and risk management, conducting regular audits and inspections.
• Manage budgets, resources, and contracts, securing value for money while maintaining high quality and reliability.
• Champion health and safety, ensuring all activities are compliant with statutory and CBRE GWS requirements.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings, and innovation across all engineering operations.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in facilities management and engineering leadership within high‑end commercial environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems, M&E services, and maintenance best practices.
• Excellent communication, client relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and teams, prioritising workloads and delivering results under pressure.
• Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services) and professional memberships preferred.
• Demonstrable track record of driving operational improvements and delivering client‑focused solutions.
• Commitment to health and safety, sustainability, and continuous professional development.
• Innovative, adaptable, and results‑oriented approach, with attention to detail and strategic thinking.
