Job summary

Guidant Global is seeking an experienced FM Data Transformation Lead to drive a major data and reporting transformation within the facilities management function. You will unify data sources, reports and KPIs into a single trusted framework and work with FM leadership, operations and technical stakeholders to improve data quality and decision-making.

Qualifications

Experience leading data/BI transformation programmes.
Strong Power BI, reporting and analytics background.
Experience with data governance and KPI standardisation.
Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into practical reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead a business-critical FM data and reporting transformation programme.
Review and rationalise existing reports, dashboards and KPIs.
Establish data governance, ownership and data quality standards.
Define KPI frameworks and performance reporting standards.
Work with technical teams to improve data flows, integrations and reporting capability.
Deliver Power BI dashboards and management reporting solutions.
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across FM, Property and Estates functions.
Manage UAT, business adoption and transition into BAU.
