Job summary

Fusion People Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Hard FM Account Manager for a pharma site in Oxfordshire. Salary up to £90,000 per year plus package, reporting to the Account Director and leading a team.

You will manage a supervisor, 4 engineers, 2 administrators, 2 project managers and oversee subcontractors delivering reactive and planned maintenance of critical infrastructure (HV, LV, generators, UPS, clean rooms, labs, de-ionised water, HEPA filters).

Qualifications

• Technically qualified with Hard FM experience.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors.
• Experience with pharmaceutical facilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reactive and planned maintenance of critical site infrastructure.
• Lead a team including supervisor, engineers, administrators and project managers.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with the client and site leadership.
• Ensure compliance with HV/LV, generators, UPS, clean rooms and related pharma utilities.

Salary: GBP80000 - GBP90000 per annum

Hard FM Account Manager - Pharma - Oxford - Salary to £90k plus package.

Based at a new high technology pharma site in Oxfordshire, reporting into the Account Director, you will manage a supervisor, 4 engineers, 2 administrators, 2 project Managers and oversee a variety of subcontractors, which between them carry out reactive and planned maintenance of critical site infrastructure, including HV, LV, Diesel Generators, UPS, clean rooms, labs, de-ionised water, hepa filters etc.

This challenging contract requires a technically qualified,experienced strategic and operational operator that can not only manage stakeholder relationships with a technical and challenging client, deal with latent defect issues from the build, manage a team of operational and project staff but also be prepared to get stuck with every day issues arising from Hard FM delivery.
