TeacherActive Ltd is recruiting a fluent Welsh-speaking Teaching Assistant for a full-time, long-term position in a mainstream primary school in Newport. The role involves supporting pupils and collaborating with the class teacher throughout the school day.

The successful candidate should be able to commit to a full-time schedule and bring strong Welsh language and classroom support skills to the role. A proactive, enthusiastic approach and good teamwork are essential.

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream primary school based in Newport. The school is looking for an enthusiastic and committed fluent Welsh-speaking Teaching Assistant who can contribute positively to the classroom and support pupils throughout their school day.

The school is looking to take on a Teaching Assistant on a full-time, long-term basis starting ASAP. The successful Teaching Assistant will support primary-aged pupils with their learning and development, working closely with the class teacher to provide effective classroom support.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

• Experience working with primary-aged children is desirable
• The ability to support pupils effectively within the classroom
• A positive and enthusiastic approach to supporting learning
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• The ability to commit to the role on a full-time basis
