Aspire People is currently recruiting a fluent Welsh-speaking Cover Supervisor for an immediate start at a Welsh-medium secondary school in Rhondda Cynon Taf. You will deliver pre-set work and supervise classes during teacher absence, while maintaining a positive learning environment.

This role offers flexible supply opportunities, daily pay between £120 and £140, and dedicated consultant support to help you settle into the Welsh-medium ethos of the school.

Qualifications

• Fluent Welsh speaking (spoken and written).
• Experience working with secondary pupils is essential.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills are required.
• Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC), or willingness to register.
