Permanent Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Yard / FLT Operative for a busy Deeside site. The role involves loading and unloading, sorting recyclables, and moving stock with a forklift in a fast-paced yard environment.

The ideal candidate is practical, safety-conscious and capable of working well in a busy operational setting. Daytime shifts offer a stable schedule and a chance to join an established site team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a yard, FLT or recycling environment is advantageous.
• A valid FLT licence would be beneficial.
• Good health and safety understanding for a busy site.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading containers and vehicles.
• Sorting recyclable materials and removing unsuitable items.
• Operating a forklift to move stock around the yard.
• Carrying out daily equipment checks.
• Maintaining a clean, safe working environment.
• Following health, safety and environmental procedures.
• Liaising with weighbridge and site staff.
• Supporting daily yard operations.
