Job summary

Pertemps North Midlands is seeking a committed Warehouse Operative with a valid FLT Counterbalance licence to join a busy 3PL operation in Burton. You will drive forklift/PPT, help with picking and palletising, and support basic logistics admin tasks.

There are overtime opportunities and a clear path for progression. The role offers both rotating weekly hours or a fixed afternoon shift at another site, with a£14.20 hourly rate plus a monthly attendance bonus.

Qualifications

• In-date accredited FLT Counterbalance (B1) licence, with ideally at least 12 months driver experience.
• Additional licences / MHE experience on Reach and/or VNA would be useful but not essential.
• Willingness to support with additional hours.
• Flexible to support with physical, off-truck duties.
• Good attention to detail, team player.
• Willingness to pass a drug & alcohol test prior to commencement.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a dedicated forklift / PPT driver and support manual duties including picking, palletising and rework.

We are seeking a committed, hardworking Warehouse Operative with a FLT Counterbalance licence to join a busy 3rd party logistics operation in Burton. You will be responsible for acting as a dedicated forklift / PPT driver as well as supporting with manual duties including picking, palletising, rework and some basic logistics admin duties.

Whilst the workload will increase on the run up to Christmas, there is absolutely the opportunity to secure a long-term career with industry leading training and personal development.

What we will require:
