Job summary

Manpower (United Kingdom) is seeking a Pre-Weigh Production Operative / FLT Driver in Sutton in Ashfield, Nottingham. You will weigh, measure and prepare raw materials to ensure production uses the correct ingredients in the right quantities at the right time.

The role requires an FLT licence (REACH), strong health and safety practices, and the ability to handle heavy loads up to 25 kg repetitively. Overtime may be offered during busy periods.

Qualifications

• FLT licence (REACH) and strong H&S knowledge.
• Ability to handle loads up to 25 kg repetitively with accuracy.
• Accurate labelling and material preparation per procedures.
• Experience with weighing/measuring raw materials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Weigh, measure and prepare raw materials in line with formulations and SOPs.
• Verify material identity, product codes and quantities before dispensing ingredients.
• Label, identify and organise pre-weighed materials for traceability.
• Operate weighing scales and dispensing equipment per training.
• Keep the work area tidy and support safe and efficient material flow.
• Follow COSHH, health & safety, and quality procedures; report issues.
