We’re looking for full time, permanent, FLT drivers to join our team in Avonmouth, working on our site where we partner Akzo Nobel. You'll be working a minimum of 45 hours per week on the following shifts:

We’re looking to offer a salary of £32,000 per year. In addition, we offer 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays). You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts including an Iceland discount card, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• You will be working with Plaster products both by hand and by FLT
• Picking and assisting in loading goods in a safety conscious environment
• Loading and strapping vehicles
• Effective use of MHE with on-going training available
• Varied role could include but not limited to gatehouse duties, yard duties, H&S audits, inventory.

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• Previous experience in a similar position would be advantageous
• You must have previous experience of Counterbalance Forklift Truck. You must have an in-date FLT Licence (R.T.I.T.B or equivalent)
• You must be a team player and able to move heavy products by hand if needed
