Job summary

Manpower UK is seeking an FLT Operator in Farnborough to safely operate forklift trucks, move stock, and support warehouse operations during the night shift. The role demands accuracy, adherence to procedures, and teamwork within the Production and Warehouse teams.

Shifts are nights (22:00–07:00), with a temp-to-perm pathway. Benefits include weekly pay and opportunities under the MyPath upskilling programme.

Qualifications

• Valid FLT licence; in-house training certificates accepted.
• Previous FLT experience.
• Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Good organisational skills and a proactive approach.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience in a similar packing or warehouse role is essential.
• Good numeracy and literacy skills.
• A commitment to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate an FLT to load and unload HGVs and shipping containers safely and efficiently.
• Move stock around the warehouse.
• Complete picking and put-away tasks.
• Carry out daily vehicle and safety checks.
• Use warehouse systems including scanners and EWM.
• Follow Health & Safety and site procedures at all times.
• Maintain good housekeeping standards and follow 5S principles.
• Work closely with the Production and Warehouse teams.
• Support continuous improvement activities across site.

FLT Operator
Location: Farnborough, GU14 6JF
Pay rate: £14.66 per hour
Contract: Temp to Perm
Shifts: Nights 22:00 - 07:00

The FLT Driver will be responsible for safely operating forklift trucks to move stock, load and unload vehicles, and support warehouse operations during the shift. The role requires working safely, following warehouse procedures, and maintaining high standards of housekeeping and accuracy.

What you'll be doing:

• Move stock around the warehouse
