Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is assisting a well-established client in Desborough to recruit FLT drivers for an ongoing role. You will operate Reach Truck and VNA equipment within a busy warehouse and will receive a paid induction and MHE assessment.

Shifts available include 4 on/4 off nights, 4 on/4 off days, rotating patterns, and weekday/night rotations. Licences must be current and registered with ITSAAR or RTITB to be considered.

Qualifications

• Must have Reach Truck and VNA licences registered with ITSAAR or RTITB and not expired more than 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Operate Reach Truck or VNA within Desborough site and follow health and safety rules.
• Attend paid induction on 4 August 2026 and complete MHE assessment.
• This is an ongoing position with various shift patterns including 4 on/4 off and weekday rotations.

I am working with our well-established client in Desborough who is looking to add skilled workers to their workforce.

They are looking for experienced Reach Truck and VNA drivers to join them on an ongoing basis, on any of the following shifts:

• 4 on /4 off nights 1800-0600
• 4 on /4 off days 0600-1800
• 4 on / 4 off rotating 0600-1800 / 1800-0600
• Monday to Friday nights 2200-0600
• Monday to Friday rotating 0600-1400 / 1400-2200
• Sunday to Thursday nights 2200-0600

To be considered, you must have a Reach or VNA licence registered with ITSAAR or RTITB and it must be not expired for more than 6 months.

There will be a paid induction for this role, and you will also have an MHE assessment.

This role is with immediate start and will be an ongoing position
