Job summary

Nexus People are looking for FLT Drivers in Bridgend to work with our client, who is the UK's leading TV and monitor recycling plant. The role offers a Monday to Friday schedule with a 06:00 to 14:00 shift and a pay rate of GBP 12.71 per hour.

Immediate starts and weekly pay are available, with full training provided and opportunities for overtime. You will operate an FLT, break down TVs and monitors, and handle heavy lifting while maintaining a clean and safe work area.

Qualifications

• You must have previous experience working in an environment where you are required to use hand tools.
• You will have a valid and in date FLT Licence and be willing to carry out a variety of tasks during your working day.
• You must be a UK resident and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift. We are unable to assist with VISA applications and cannot assist with relocation.

Responsibilities

• Operating an FLT
• Breaking down TVs and monitors
• Heavy lifting required
• Sorting useful materials and components
• Using handheld tools such as drills, screwdrivers, hammers etc
• Cleaning the yard and maintaining a safe work space
• This role may require other duties, so it would be beneficial if you were flexible and willing to learn new skills.
