Job summary

Manpower is recruiting for an experienced B1 Counterbalance FLT Driver to join a busy client site in Grimsby. The role covers moving stock between warehouse, yard and coldstore, loading and unloading goods, and supporting warehouse operations. Immediate start following interview.

The shift pattern is Sunday-Wednesday, 7am-7pm, with weekend rota. Ongoing work with potential for permanent positions for the right candidates.

Qualifications

• Valid, in-date Counterbalance (B1) FLT licence.
• Proven experience as an FLT Driver.
• Comfortable working across Coldstore, warehouse and yard environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Counterbalance FLT (B1).
• Move stock between warehouse, yard and Coldstore.
• Load and unload goods safely and efficiently.
• Support warehouse and yard operations as required.
• Assist other teams when needed.

• Candidates must be able to reliably travel to site

Working Hours

• Sunday-Wednesday
• 7am - 7pm
• Includes weekend working as part of the rota

Pay Rates

• £12.71ph

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating a Counterbalance FLT (B1)
• Moving stock between warehouse, yard, and Coldstore
• Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently
• Supporting warehouse and yard operations as required
• Assisting other teams when needed

What You'll Need
