Job summary

GXO Logistics Supply Chain Inc. is recruiting for a full-time FLT Driver in Northampton. You will operate MHE, support goods-in/out, and perform stock control duties within a fast-paced distribution centre. Shifts include AM/PM and Night patterns, with hours from early morning to late night.

You must have FLT experience or be eager to train, and be committed to safety, accuracy, and teamwork. A competitive hourly rate and benefits are offered to join our growing operation.

Qualifications

• Experience operating FLT equipment or willingness to train.
• Ability to work safely and follow SOPs.
• Strong teamwork and communication.
• Adaptability to different shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE safely to support warehouse operations.
• Assist goods-in/out and stock control with WMS.
• Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and safety targets.
• Maintain clean, safe working area and report hazards.
