Job summary

GXO Logistics in Northampton is hiring full-time FLT Drivers for Swan Valley to support a new operation from day one. Roles include unloading, put-away, replenishment and aiding picking processes, with 40-hour weeks on AM/PM or Night shifts.

We offer competitive hourly rates (£14.39 for AM/PM, £16.51 for Night), 33 days leave, and a range of benefits including pension, GP service, and GXO University access.

Qualifications

• FLT operating experience essential.
• Reliable and self-motivated with integrity.
• Ability to work safely and accurately following SOPs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE equipment safely to support warehouse operations.
• Assist goods-in/out, put-away, replenishment, picking and dispatch using the WMS.
• Work flexibly to meet daily productivity targets in a fast-paced DC.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and report hazards.
