Job summary

Siamo Recruitment a division of Siamo Group is seeking experienced FLT Drivers for a busy Birmingham operation. Roles include day and night shifts with competitive hourly rates and a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Successful candidates will hold a valid FLT licence, have warehouse experience, and demonstrate reliability and safety consciousness while working as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Valid and in-date FLT licence required.
• Prior FLT driving experience preferred.
• Experience in a busy warehouse or distribution environment is advantageous.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail and strong health and safety awareness.
• Reliable, punctual and a team player.

FLT Driver - Days & Nights Available | Birmingham

We are currently recruiting experienced FLT Drivers to join a busy and fast-paced operation based in Birmingham.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals who enjoy working in a high-volume warehouse environment.

Available Shifts & Pay Rates

Day Shift

• Tuesday to Friday 08:30 - 19:00 £13.83 per hour

Night Shift

• Monday to Thursday 20:30 - 06:30 £16.03 per hour

The Role

As an FLT Driver, you will be responsible for:

• Operating a Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
• Moving stock throughout the warehouse and operational areas
• Loading and unloading goods
• Supporting warehouse operations during busy periods
• Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed
• Working as part of a busy and fast-paced team

What We're Looking For

• A valid and in-date FLT licence is essential
• Previous FLT driving experience is preferred
• Experience working within a busy warehouse or distribution environment would be advantageous
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail and a strong understanding of health and safety
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
