Job summary

The Best Connection is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives in a temp-to-perm arrangement. Duties include operating FLT Reach Truck and Counterbalance, loading/unloading vehicles, and stock replenishment, within a busy warehouse environment.

Shifts run Monday to Friday with two rotation options (06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00). Pay is £13.25 per hour with all hours paid at a flat rate; ongoing work through 2026 with Perks at Work scheme.

FLT Drivers - Main duties and requirements are:

• Operate FLT Reach Truck and Counterbalance safely and efficiently.

• Replenishment of stock within the warehouse.
• General warehouse duties as required.
• Exhibit good organisational skills and the ability to work to targets.

Working Hours

Monday - Friday Rotational Shifts

Working Hours available are 0600 - 1400 and 1400 - 2200

Pay

£13.25 per hour

All hours are paid at a flat rate
