Job summary

HEINEKEN UK Supply Chain in Tadcaster is seeking an FLT Driver (Operator) to champion safety while supporting wider logistics operations. You will operate Counterbalance FLTs, monitor stock levels, and ensure accurate data entry, delivering high standards of service to production areas and customers.

The role requires 1-3 years in a production or warehouse setting, with experience on Counterbalance FLTs and a good grasp of Microsoft Office; ERP/SAP is desirable.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience within a production/warehouse environment.
• 1 year proven experience operating Counterbalance FLTs.
• Microsoft Office experience; ERP or SAP desirable.
• Strong commitment to health and safety with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate Forklift Trucks (Counterbalance) within a warehouse setting for inbound and outbound materials.
• Use Inventory Management Systems to monitor stock and ensure data accuracy.
• Aim for First Time Right (FTR) on quality and processes.
• Coordinate with peers to maintain a collaborative and efficient workflow.
• Provide high standards of customer service to production areas and customers by resolving queries.
