Job summary

The Best Connection is recruiting for FLT drivers at a Braunstone-based client in Leicester. You will operate Counterbalance (single and double) and Reach trucks in a clean, well-lit warehouse, with LPG-powered equipment. Duties include locating pallets from a conveyor to the warehouse and loading/unloading deliveries.

Two weeks of paid training on day shifts precede starting on the agreed shift. There is potential for a permanent contract after a successful trial, with extensive training to

Qualifications

• Experience operating counterbalance and reach trucks.
• Forklift/Counterbalance licence training provided during role.
• Willingness to undertake paid training before starting.

Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance and Reach trucks in a clean warehouse.
• Locate pallets from conveyor into the warehouse up to height.
• Load and unload deliveries and assist with stacking and handling.
