Job summary

Staffline is hiring a Counterbalance Forklift Driver for the day shift in Chatteris. This full-time role involves loading and unloading deliveries, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The position offers a 4 on, 3 off pattern, 08:00–18:30/19:00 hours, with plans to move to 07:00–19:00. On-site canteen, free parking, PPE, and staff support are provided; local applicants from Chatteris encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance forklift licence required.
• Experience in loading/unloading deliveries is preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

Great opportunity to work as an FLT Counterbalance Driver for one of the largest providers of flowers to major supermarket chains throughout the UK.

Staffline is recruiting for a Counterbalance Driver for the day shift in Chatteris.

The rates of pay are:

• Day shift is paid at £14.00 per hour
• Overtime is paid at £17.50 per hour

This is a full-time role.

The shift pattern will be:

• 4 on, 3 off, 3 on 4 off

Currently, the working hours are 08:00am - 06:30/07:00pm however, there are plans to change these hours to 07:00am-07:00pm

Please note that this is subject to change to cover and meet business requirements.
