Job summary

Manpower UK is recruiting for a permanent FLT Driver - Bendi and Counterbalance near Junction 41, Wakefield. You will operate forklifts, assist in Goods Inward/Outward, and handle packing of bulk items and chemicals with a strong focus on safety and accuracy.

The role offers steady daytime hours in a large distribution hub, with a temp-to-perm path after 12 weeks and a £14.10 per hour rate.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance forklift licence.
• Valid Bendi forklift licence.
• Experience in a warehouse environment.
• Commitment to safety and precise stock handling.

Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance and Bendi forklifts efficiently in a dynamic warehouse.
• Assist with Goods Inward/Outward and Modifications teams.
• Handle receipt, dispatch, picking, and packing of bulk products and chemicals.
• Perform accurate checks on deliveries to ensure items match supplier information.
• Contribute to smooth movement of products across the warehouse.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
