Job summary

The Best Connection are recruiting FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join a busy manufacturing company based in Prudhoe. You will operate the FLT on the factory floor, support production and waste disposal duties.

Role requires 1+ year FLT Counterbalance experience and a valid licence. Flexibility for day and night shifts, a 4 on/4 off rota, and 12-hour shifts are part of the schedule.

Job description

The Best Connection are recruiting FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join a busy manufacturing company based in Prudhoe. This role involves operating the FLT on the factory floor, supporting production, and waste disposal duties.

The Role:

• Operating FLT Counterbalance safely and efficiently
• Working on the factory floor, including use of baler machine
• Disposing of waste and moving stock around site
• Supporting general warehouse and production tasks
• Adhering to site safety standards and procedures

The Candidate:

• Minimum 1 year experience on FLT Counterbalance
• Valid, in-date FLT Counterbalance licence
• Flexible to work both day and night shifts as part of the rota
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude

Hours and Pay:

• 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
• 12-hour shifts (days and nights included)
• £14.40 per hour (PAYE)
