Job summary

The Best Connection are recruiting FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join a busy manufacturing company based in Prudhoe. This role involves operating the FLT on the factory floor, supporting production, and waste disposal duties.

You will hold a valid FLT Counterbalance licence with at least 1 year of experience, be flexible to work day and night shifts, and be physically fit for manual handling tasks. A reliable, punctual attitude is essential.

• Valid, in-date FLT Counterbalance licence.
• Flexible to work both day and night shifts as part of the rota.
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks.

• Operate FLT Counterbalance safely and efficiently.
• Work on the factory floor, including use of baler machine.
• Dispose of waste and move stock around site.
• Support general warehouse and production tasks.

The Role

• Operating FLT Counterbalance safely and efficiently
• Working on the factory floor, including use of baler machine
• Disposing of waste and moving stock around site
• Supporting general warehouse and production tasks
• Adhering to site safety standards and procedures

The Candidate

• Minimum 1 year experience on FLT Counterbalance
• Valid, in-date FLT Counterbalance licence

Hours and Pay

• 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
• 12-hour shifts (days and nights included)
• £14.40 per hour (PAYE)
