My Talent Brand Recruitment Ltd is sourcing experienced Counterbalance forklift drivers for a Northampton client. Shifts include nights (16:00–19:00) and days (06:00–15:00) with a 42.5-hour week and overtime rates. Valid CB certificate required; role may lead to permanent placement.

Candidates must be flexible for manual tasks and have 6+ months of forklift experience. Immediate starts available in Northampton area.

Qualifications

• In-date Counterbalance certificate required.
• Minimum 6 months solid forklift experience.
• Flexibility to handle manual/physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive counterbalance forklift to move pallets and goods.
• Load, unload and stack materials safely within the warehouse.
• Perform routine safety checks and report issues promptly.

Job description

IMMEDIATE STARTS FOR NIGHT & DAY SHIFT

Location:Northampton (Close to Town Centre)

We are on the lookout for experienced Counterbalance drivers for our client based in Northampton.

• NIGHTS : 16:00 - 19:00 (flexible start times)


• DAYS: 06:00AM - 15:00


• Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday


• 42.5 HRS paid per week minimum


• £15.47 p/hr Max base rate available OT rate is £20.96 p/hr


• Temp-Perm for the right candidates


• Valid In-Date Counterbalance certificate required


• This role does involve some manual/physical tasks so you must be flexible to work on and off the forklift truck.

You must have a valid in-date CB certificate with a minimum of 6 months solid experience.
