Job summary

HRGO Recruitment is recruiting for a Forklift Truck Driver (Reach & Counterbalance) on the Deeside Industrial Estate. The role offers a permanent, full-time position with a three-shift pattern and hourly/per annum pay details provided by the client.

It requires valid Reach and Counterbalance FLT licences and prior warehouse/manufacturing experience. You will receive, store, and supply materials to production, while maintaining high housekeeping and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse/manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Safely receive and manage deliveries at the warehouse.

Forklift Truck Driver, with both Reach & Counterbalance Licenses required in Deeside Industrial Estate!

Location: Deeside Industrial Estate
Job Type: Permanent
Hours: The role operates on a three-shift rotating pattern:

• 6:00am – 2:00pm, Monday to Friday
• 2:00pm – 10:00pm, Monday to Friday
• 10:00pm – 6:00am, Monday to Thursday

Salary: £17.10 per hour

About the Role

HRGO Recruitment is recruiting for a Forklift Truck (FLT) Driver with Reach and Counterbalance Licenseson behalf of a well-established manufacturing business based on theDeeside Industrial Estate.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a valid Reach & Counterbalance FLT licence who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring materials are received, stored and supplied to production safely and efficiently while maintaining high housekeeping and health & safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely receive and manage deliveries at the warehouse.
• Ensure all delivery drivers comply with site health & safety procedures.
• Load and unload vehicles accurately and safely using a forklift truck.
• Store raw materials in the correct warehouse locations.
• Supply raw materials to production in a timely manner.
• Liaise with suppliers and waste collection companies.
• Arrange waste collections as required.
• Carry out regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Communicate effectively with production and other departments.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Operate and carry out basic maintenance checks on balers, including rewiring when required.
• Provide support to the goods In the department when needed.
• Follow all company health & safety and quality procedures.

About You

• Valid Counterbalance & Reach FLT licence (essential).
• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of warehouse health & safety procedures.
• Experience loading and unloading vehicles.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills would be advantageous.
• Reliable, flexible and proactive approach to work.
