Job summary

Gap Personnel is seeking a FLT Driver in Caerphilly to operate across a 6pm–6am shift, rotating on a 7 days in 2-week cycle. The role involves loading/unloading containers, palletising and stock rotation, and ensuring despatch readiness while following site health and safety rules.

Ideal candidates will have production environment experience and be able to cover production operator duties as required, with a proven ability to meet delivery timescales and perform manual handling safely.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production environment is essential.
• Able to work as a production operator when required.
• Capable of meeting delivery and despatch timescales.
• Comfortable with manual handling and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading of containers.
• Pallet and stock rotation between departments.
• General warehouse duties including palletising for despatch.

Working Hours: 6pm - 6am working 7 days across 2 weeks.

Pay Rate - £16.04

Key Job Responsibilities:

• General warehouse duties including palletising of products ready for despatch
• Adhering to site H&S and observing all safe working practices
