Job summary

Pertemps Bond is recruiting for a warehouse role requiring a valid FLT Counterbalance licence. You will operate counterbalance trucks, load and unload goods, and move stock between areas to keep production flowing.

The role involves daily checks, stock monitoring, and ensuring a clean, safe workspace in a fast-paced environment. Rotating double days with early and late shifts, offers ongoing, long-term work with weekly pay and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (essential).
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate FLT Counterbalance trucks safely as per site procedures.
• Load and unload deliveries including raw materials and finished goods.
• Transport materials between warehouse, storage areas and production lines.
• Ensure production lines are stocked to avoid downtime.
• Stack and store pallets, including racking systems.
• Carry out daily FLT checks and report defects.
• Assist with goods-in and goods-out processes, check deliveries against paperwork.
• Use scanners or basic systems to track stock movements.
• Support stock control including pallet counts and location checks.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Work to targets and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
