Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions in Corby, NN18, is seeking a reliable FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a leading warehouse operation. You will operate counterbalance forklifts, assist with order picking, and help ensure stock is moved safely and efficiently.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 14:00–22:00, with a competitive pay rate of £13.70 per hour. On-site benefits include tea and coffee, a pension scheme, and potential temp-to-perm progression after a stable period.

Qualifications

• External FLT Counterbalance Truck licence preferred.
• Willingness to complete an assessment or refresher training if needed.
• Previous experience operating FLT Counterbalance Truck in a warehouse or distribution centre.
• Good level of English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate FLT Counterbalance Trucks to move stock across the warehouse.
• Carry out order picking, sorting, stacking and quality checks.
• Safely transport goods to designated storage locations.
• Perform daily equipment checks and report issues.
• Support general warehouse duties as required.

Your Role

As a FLT Counterbalance Driver, you'll play a vital part in keeping warehouse operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating FLT CounterbalanceTruck trucks efficiently to move stock across the warehouse
• Order picking, sorting, stacking, and conducting quality checks
• Safely transporting goods to designated storage locations
• Carrying out daily equipment checks and reporting any issues
• Supporting with general warehouse duties as required

What We're Looking For
