Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver for a Marston Green operation. You will safely operate a counterbalance forklift, load/unload materials, and move stock around a busy warehouse.

This temp-to-perm role offers Monday to Friday nights, with a real chance to secure a permanent position; valid FLT Counterbalance licence and ITSSAR/RTITB/AITT accreditation preferred. Minimum 2 years’ experience required, strong safety mindset and reliable punctuality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Counterbalance FLT experience.
• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence.
• ITSSAR, RTITB or AITT accredited training accepted.
• Strong understanding of health and safety procedures.
• Good attention to detail, reliable and punctual.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

FLT Counterbalance Driver – Temp to Perm

Location: Marston Green
Pay Rate: £16.03 per hour
Shift: Monday to Friday, 20:00 - 03:30 or 21:00 - 04:30
Contract: Temp to Perm
Experience: Minimum 2 years’ Counterbalance experience
