Job summary

Manpower are recruiting an experienced FLT/Counterbalance Driver to work on a site between Louth and Grimsby. Due to location, own transport is essential. Based between Grimsby and Louth; no public transport links so own transport is essential.

You will operate a Counterbalance FLT (B1), move stock between warehouse and yard, and assist loading/unloading while supporting site operations. Immediate start with ongoing work and potential permanent placement.

Qualifications

• Valid, in-date Counterbalance (B1) FLT licence.
• Proven experience as an FLT Driver.
• Comfortable working across warehouse and yard environments.
• Physically fit and able to support manual tasks when required.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance FLT (B1).
• Moving stock between warehouse and yard (no coldstore work but outside environment).
• Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently.
• Supporting warehouse and yard operations as required.
• Assisting other teams when needed.
